YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy at Easy Source
Updated September 20, 2026
Easy Source helps prepare manufacturing requests, contact factories, and compare quotations. This page explains what information the service uses and how to contact us about it.
What we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, name, email address, and email verification information. We use these to identify your account and keep your requests private. We do not request access to your Gmail inbox or Google Drive.
We store the information you submit: request descriptions, chat messages, manufacturing specifications, drawings and other files, contact details you provide, approvals, and project activity. We also store supplier contact details, email conversations, quotations, and delivery information associated with sourcing. Our hosting and service providers process technical information such as request logs and errors to operate the service.
How your requests and files are used
We use your information to run your account, prepare and clarify requests, compare quotes, communicate about your project, and troubleshoot the service. Authorized Easy Source operators can review requests and conversations to support this work.
Submitting a request can send its text and relevant file content to our AI provider, Anthropic, to help prepare the request and understand quotations. AI processing can happen before you approve supplier outreach. After you approve a request for sourcing, the approved specifications and selected files are shared with selected factories through email. Follow-up messages and any authorized negotiation use the approved project scope. Only upload information you are authorized to share for this purpose.
Services that process information
We use Google for sign-in, Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database and file storage, Anthropic for AI processing, and AgentMail for supplier email. If customer email notifications are enabled, they are sent through Resend. These services process information needed for their functions. A selected supplier receives the project information sent to it and may retain its own copy of that correspondence.
Cookies and browser storage
We use cookies for sign-in and login security. A signed-in session can last up to 30 days unless you sign out. If you start a draft before signing in, its text and files are temporarily saved in your browser so you can continue after Google sign-in. That draft expires after one hour and is removed after successful request creation.
Retention and your choices
Account, request, and sourcing records are retained to keep your workspace and project history available. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule for all account or project data. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or stop further supplier outreach, by emailing scacchione2008@gmail.com. We may need to verify that you own the account before making changes.
Deleting information from Easy Source cannot recall email already delivered to a supplier. Some copies may remain in provider backups or records needed to resolve an existing project or security issue; we will explain relevant limits when handling your request.
Contact and updates
For privacy questions, contact scacchione2008@gmail.com. We will update this page when our data practices change and revise the date above.
